If you are having a difficult time deciding which of California's two Disney parks to visit, maybe this video and post will help! Right now, Disney California Adventure is having the Festival of Holidays, and it's pretty awesome.
There are food vendors that line the street, interspersed with free craft tables for the kids and little outdoor shopping boutiques. You can have your face painted or have a custom ornament made for you. The park has maps that list where all the different cuisines are located and lists the times/places that different groups come out to perform.

One thing not to miss: Princess Elena! She has a parade and greets guests near Goofy's Sky Coaster.
